I AM BLACK

Who am I
To look into your eye?
I am only a kid writer
Who used poem as a starter.

I am that little voice crying with aggression,
In the wilderness seeking attention,
Fighting for my nature,
And for Black's culture.

Dear white, with high respect I hold you,
With no aims to diss you,
But I have to follow my passion,
Irrespective of distractions.

Dear white I know I am Black,
And with it I'm as happy as a lark.
Don't make us cross paths of war,
Because you know I know all your flaws.

You tried making me feel bad
About my colour with your words unclad,
You knew that was my weakness,
Unfortunately I've turned it to greatness.
