ABOUT WHYKE
Whyke Anthology is a gathering of voices somewhere in Africa, using their pen as their weapon, fighting for the promotion of Africanism, Negritude & Blackism.
We preach our gospel using all genres of literature. Ranging from poetry to prose not leaving play & essays behind.
The appalling increase in the disbelief in the Black's nature, colour, race, tribe & entity as a whole lead to the birth of Whyke Anthology - Where we paint ourselves (Africa) on pages (Both e-pages & in Prints).
Everyone is our audience. Cutting across all walks of life where Africans have and would reach in the nearest future. Profession isn't a barrier amidst the audience we aim at reaching. Educated or Not Educated. Whyke is for all Africans. We aim to bring literature into the nook & crannies of Africa.
We are established to also birth agile and resilient voices who share or are willing to share our dream together with us with the aim of achieving success; Our joy is to see African Poets, Prosaists, Novelists, Essayist & Playwrights comfortably rest at the crest of success while simultaneously impacting lives cum preaching Africanism, Blackism & the art of Negritude.
We aim to shake grounds also like notable industries across Africa - say Music Industry for example, thus we're serving as the foundation to a strong family that holds African Literature together. (Probably, we call it the Literature Industry).
