THE ONLY PLACE A BARBER CAN MAKE 1 MILLION NAIRA EVERY WEEK IS THE NIGERIA' PRESIDENTIAL VILLA

I supports paying 50 naira in every transaction above 1000 that pass through my GTB account even though I have bank accounts in 3 other countries(Sweden,UK and Qatar) and never paid such stamp duties. They should increase it to 100 naira.
Now, the agitation here is that a barber in the presidency is seeking 79 million naira a year in the 2016 budget sent to NASS. That is 6.5 million a month, 1.6 million a week if they approve that budget proposal. Where does a barber make 1 million naira every week except in Nigeria' presidential villa Didn't the  holy book advice us to carry beards and not shave? Shouldn't we be carrying dreadlocks in this time of austerity?

Aso Villa  renovation would take N3.9bn and N1.7bn would be spent on feeding. Baba Buhari, wetin una wan eat? Then again, the president's family is mandated by their religion to abstain from food and drinks from sunrise to sunset for 30 days in a year o.

Will there be a 13% derivative on sharing the billions raised from the stamp duty?Should we not check the STATE OF ORIGIN of those that will pay this 50 naira duty more than others and allocate 13% of the fund to their states?

Why would the presidency alone-that preach belt tightening and less yam eating to hungry citizens-spend 39bn naira this year?
