Should Recovered Properties By Efcc Be Returned To The True Owners Or Should Be Kept In Custody?

Is the Federal government still in possession of  Rainbownet Telekom, Capital Autos, Renaissance University etc?
Are these businesses not set up with money stolen from Enugu state by former governor Chimaroke Nnamani?

Why is the FG not handing them back to Enugu state or have they handed it over without our knowledge? If the EFCC recovers a stolen property, does it become theirs or they hand it over to those it was stolen from?

Is there something we don't know about the Nigerian law surrounding EFCC recovered assets?
