WOMAN
The sun that shines at night
Does not struggle to be seen
It does not need praises of men
Neither does it yearn to be heard
The rain that falls on a hot day
Does not struggle to be felt
It does not need songs of men
Neither does it yearn to be smelt
To be a source of solution
Outweighs the answer itself
For there's nothing better
Than to be the rock that bears the water
I'm not asking you to be something you're not
For that which you already are is divine
I'm only reminding of who you are
The Goddess

Wow! Reverent metaphors (conceit) for our women! Good poem
