THEME: FOOD 'N' CULTURE
KOLAWOLE ENIFENI
Behind the door I felt a Aroma–
A delicious scent of an Anchu.
What a precious feast I would savor,
On the stand, slowly I gulped the flavor.
Oh! My little fried balls.
It's amazing what magic a piece of grinded beans can do to the mouth,
Especially when mixed with red crayfishes,
And fried in order to be handled.
Akara balls; grandma would call it.
To us, Food is Art,
And Art is Culture.
Give us more,we want many,
We won't be far away from both,
Nor will they from us.

MOHAMMED SHAMS-DEEN
TITLE; Leave Earth for Mars
The world is at postlude
Culture and civilization bridge
For fertilizer kills organic food
The world is at postlude
Lost of pot for fatal fridge
Woman pride turns nude
Culture and civilization bridge
The world is at postlude
Let leave Earth for Mars
That is leached of all good
The world is at postlude
Coal pot is grenade gas
Air saturates moaning mood
The world is at postlude
Let leave Earth for Mars
