THE LIVING DEAD.

Did you know I died?
But the death I died
Isn't the death
That takes a man faraway,
But the death
That made me lost inside of me.

The death that keeps me silent
Throwing me into my past
While helping me kill fear;
The fear of the future.
The old me died.

Yes, I died,
But myself was buried inside of me,
My old self,
And not in the graveyard
For I was not truly dead.

Now you know I died
Yet still living.
Therefore call me the living dead,
Cause a dead man lives inside of me.

I am Emmanuel
