That fateful evening beside the stream,
That flows with the colour of love.
Your charming smile brought me closer,
Your beauty drew me nearer.

I was blindfolded with love,
Love at first sight!
I lost my defence
To your outstretched embrace.

Darkness presided in the sky,
But your bright eye shone hope.
I am ready to die here on your Laps,
Beside the stream not home.
