I SURRENDER.

Running along the valley of death,
Faraway from its claws,
Panting to the screeching of the crickets,
As I run faraway from death.

The heavy strokes of the rain
Tortures my helpless flesh,
Trickling blood down my cheeks,
As I run faraway from death.

The wind speaks evil
About the pangs of death,
The destroyer of homes,
Embodiment of emptiness.

The gave a sharp smile,
Taunting my wounded soul,
As I run along the valley,
Running faraway from death.

Why is my life haunted by thee,
I cried along the valley,
And in pains and agony,
I gave in to death.

I am Emmanuel
