Have you heard about those tears
Flowing through innocent faces
Living in the slum?

Have you heard about those silent noise
From the mouth of aspiring youths
And confused adults
Sounding from the slum?

Have you heard about those dropping sweats
From the flesh of workmen
Working for daily bread
And a roof over their head
In the slum?

Have you heard about them?
If no, now you've heard.
Let's raise help for the slum,
Let's listen to their cries,
Those cries from the slum
Seeking help.
